One Pump Platform, Countless Applications
Not every pumping application fits neatly into a single industry category. NAPCO rotary gear pumps are built as a versatile platform that handles the full range of industrial fluids — from thin solvents to heavy pastes, from clean lubricants to abrasive slurries. The simple, robust construction means fewer moving parts, less downtime, and lower maintenance costs across all applications.
With both ductile iron and 316 stainless steel housings available in 2-inch and 3-inch port sizes, NAPCO pumps can be configured for virtually any industrial fluid transfer requirement. Standard nitrile gears handle most applications, with Viton gears available for high-temperature or chemically aggressive media.
Handles Abrasive Media
Robust construction withstands solids-laden fluids, slurries, and abrasive particulates that damage lesser pumps.
High-Viscosity Capable
Positive displacement design maintains consistent flow with thick paints, coatings, resins, and pastes.
Self-Priming & Bi-Directional
No external priming needed. Reverse flow direction without re-plumbing — ideal for loading and unloading operations.
Field Serviceable
Rebuild in the field with genuine NAPCO repair kits. No special tools, no factory return — minimal downtime.
Choose the Right Material for Your Application
NAPCO offers every pump model in both ductile iron and 316 stainless steel. Selecting the right housing material depends on the fluid being pumped and the operating environment.
Ductile Iron (PA200C / PA300C)
The cost-effective choice for non-corrosive applications. Excellent for paints, coatings, inks, lubricants, petroleum products, and waste oil. Superior mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.
Best for: Paints, coatings, inks, petroleum, lubricants, waste oil
316 Stainless Steel (PA200S / PA300S)
Required for corrosive fluids, acidic solutions, and applications where the pump housing must resist chemical attack. Also preferred for food-grade and pharmaceutical-adjacent applications.
Best for: Chemicals, solvents, corrosive fluids, food-grade materials
Complete Pump Lineup
Every NAPCO pump shares the same proven rotary gear design — the difference is port size and housing material. Select the right combination for your flow rate and fluid compatibility requirements.
