PK300S 3″ Stainless Steel Repair Kit
The PK300S is the stainless repair kit for the NAPCO PA300S 3-inch rotary gear pump. It restores drive and idler gears, roller bearings, seals, and centercase gaskets in the field. Plants that move bulk emulsion, matrix, or ANFO slurry on stainless lines rebuild with PK300S, not a ductile iron kit. Overview
The PK300S rebuilds the PA300S to original factory specification after emulsion and ammonium nitrate plant duty wears the internals. One kit carries both gear assemblies, every bearing and seal, and the full centercase gasket set.
A rebuild takes 2–5 hours with standard hand tools and runs about 30–50% less than a replacement pump. See pump repair kit vs replacement.
Emulsion and stainless rebuilds
Stainless PA300S lines that transfer bulk emulsion, ammonium nitrate emulsion, or ANFO slurry wear the internals. Rebuild with PK300S so the gear assemblies and seals match the stainless housing.
