What is the lead time for a NAPCO gear pump?

Standard lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation and payment. Repair kits follow the same window. Contact NAPCO for current availability on specific models (PA200S, PA300S, PA200C, PA300C and matching PK kits).

Does NAPCO sell through distributors?

NAPCO sells direct to end users and OEMs. There is no e-commerce checkout — submit a quote request through the contact page with your application details and we respond by email with model, materials, price, and lead time.

What payment terms does NAPCO offer?

Payment in advance is the default for new customers and standard orders. Full terms are published on the Terms of Sale page. NAPCO does not ship on customer freight accounts; freight is arranged per order.

What should I include in a quote request?

Include fluid name and temperature, required flow rate (GPM), system pressure (PSI), port size preference, housing material (stainless or ductile iron), gear elastomer if known, and whether you need a pump or repair kit. Motor and drive details help but are not required for initial sizing.

Can I order a repair kit instead of a new pump?

Yes. Factory-matched PK200 and PK300 kits rebuild the pump in the field in 2 to 5 hours. Use the kit finder or pump identification guide to match kit suffix (S or C) to your pump model.

Direct Sales Model

NAPCO manufactures rotary gear pumps and factory-matched repair kits in Sandy, Utah and sells direct to end users and OEMs. There is no distributor network and no online checkout. Every order starts with a conversation — use the contact form or email with your application data.

Lead Times

Standard manufacturing lead time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation and payment. That applies to complete pumps (PA200/PA300 series) and repair kits (PK200/PK300 series). Expedite is not guaranteed — plan installs and shutdowns accordingly.

Payment & Terms

New orders typically require payment in advance. Packing and handling apply. International orders require wire payment before shipment. Full legal terms are on our Terms of Sale page and Limited Warranty (three months from shipment).

Freight & Shipping

Pumps ship in cartons approximately 13″ × 19″ × 16″ (114–173 lbs net). Kits ship in 12″ × 18″ × 6″ cartons (28–34 lbs). Freight is customer-arranged — NAPCO does not ship on your freight account. We will quote FOB Sandy, UT and coordinate with your carrier.
